LottoAce TX is an independent analytics and entertainment service. It is not a lottery operator, ticket courier, retailer or prize-validation service.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use lottery-related entertainment services where you live. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What LottoAce TX provides
The service organizes published drawing results, calculates frequency and pattern statistics, generates number combinations, stores user-selected picks and may compare tracked picks with published results.
All suggestions are mathematical or statistical outputs for entertainment. Lottery drawings are random. Historical frequency, “hot” numbers, patterns and generated combinations do not improve, predict or guarantee the odds of a future drawing.
3. No ticket sales or official affiliation
LottoAce TX does not sell, order, purchase, transmit, submit or redeem lottery tickets. Users must obtain and validate physical tickets through authorized retailers and official lottery channels. A saved or tracked pick is not proof of purchase, ownership or a winning ticket.
LottoAce TX is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the Texas Lottery, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Powerball, Mega Millions or any other lottery organization.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law.
5. Published results and possible prizes
Drawing data, jackpot amounts, schedules and prize estimates may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect because of source changes, outages or calculation assumptions. The official lottery result and the physical-ticket validation process always control. “Possible prize” notices are estimates, not prize determinations or promises of payment.
6. Subscriptions
Paid plans automatically renew for the billing period selected until canceled. Price, billing frequency and included features are shown before purchase. Our Subscription Policy is part of these Terms and explains renewal, cancellation and refund handling.
Promotional access
Promotional codes and complimentary Friend Passes are limited, personal offers subject to their displayed duration, expiration and use limits. They may not be sold, duplicated, automated or used to bypass account restrictions. Complimentary access does not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge.
7. Alerts
Email, text and in-app alerts are a convenience and may be delayed or fail. You remain responsible for checking official results and claim deadlines. Text alerts require separate consent and can be stopped without canceling a membership.
8. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass plan limits, access another user’s information, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer protected portions, introduce malicious code, use automated access without permission, misrepresent LottoAce TX as an official lottery service or use the service unlawfully.
9. Intellectual property
The LottoAce TX name, logo, interface, original software and presentation are owned by LottoAce TX or its licensors. Lottery names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains in good standing.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free data, winnings or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LottoAce TX will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, lost winnings, missed claim deadlines or ticket-related losses. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Changes and termination
We may change features or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account contact information before they take effect when required. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that logically survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers and payment obligations—will remain effective.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and Texas law, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. Before filing a formal claim, both sides should first make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue through customer support.
