1. Program description
LottoAce TX may send account-service messages, tracked-pick status, possible-match notices, prize estimates, claim-deadline reminders and subscription-related notices to the mobile number you provide. Texting is not active until the messaging service is connected and your opt-in is confirmed.
2. Consent
By checking the SMS-consent box and saving your number, you provide consent to receive recurring automated texts from LottoAce TX. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a membership or using non-SMS features.
3. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on tracked picks, drawing schedules and account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. LottoAce TX does not charge a separate fee for receiving alerts.
4. Opt out and help
Reply STOP to cancel text alerts. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help. You may also disable text alerts in account settings. Disabling texts does not cancel a paid membership.
5. Delivery and eligibility
Delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Delayed or missing alerts do not extend official lottery claim deadlines. You must be the mobile subscriber or customary user authorized to consent for the number provided and must be at least 18.
6. Privacy
Phone numbers and consent records are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile numbers. We may share them with a messaging provider only to deliver and manage the requested program.
