1. Available plans
LottoAce TX may offer a single-game membership, an All Access membership and promotional or founding-member rates. Monthly and annual prices, included games and features are displayed on the pricing and checkout pages. Taxes may be added where required.
2. Automatic renewal
A paid membership renews automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period until canceled. By completing checkout, you authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method on file for the disclosed recurring amount. Any price change will be communicated before it applies to a future renewal.
3. Founding-member rate
An eligible founding-member rate remains available while that original membership stays continuously active and in good standing. Canceling, allowing payment to fail beyond any grace period, or changing to an ineligible plan may end the protected rate. Any exceptions will be shown before a plan change is confirmed.
Promotional codes and Friend Passes
A promotional code may provide a checkout discount or time-limited complimentary access. Each code may have an expiration, use limit, account limit and eligibility rules. A complimentary Friend Pass does not require a card, does not create a subscription and does not renew or charge the user when it ends. Checkout discount codes apply only to the payment periods shown at checkout. Codes have no cash value, cannot be transferred or combined unless stated, and may be disabled for new redemptions if misused; already-redeemed complimentary access continues until its displayed expiration unless fraud or abuse requires suspension.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel online through your account using a process no more difficult than signup. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access continues through the paid billing period unless the checkout page states otherwise. Canceling text or marketing messages does not cancel a paid membership.
5. Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription payments are nonrefundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. We will review duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions and documented billing errors. If LottoAce TX ends a paid service without providing a reasonable replacement, an appropriate prorated credit or refund may be provided.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the payment and provide a reasonable opportunity to update the payment method. Premium access may be limited or suspended until payment succeeds. We will not charge late fees unless they were clearly disclosed in advance.
7. Annual renewal reminder
We intend to send an account or email reminder before an annual renewal. You remain responsible for maintaining a current email address and reviewing your account’s renewal date.
8. Confirmation and records
After purchase, the service will provide a confirmation showing the selected plan, amount, billing frequency and how to cancel. Account billing history and processor receipts should be retained for your records.
