1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details such as name, email address and authentication records.
- Saved, generated and tracked number combinations, draw dates and strategy-window settings.
- Mobile number, alert preferences and consent records when you request text alerts.
- Messages and information you submit to customer support.
- Subscription and transaction status from our payment processor when payments are enabled. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Basic device, browser, IP address, security, diagnostic and service-usage information.
- Cookies or local storage needed for authentication, security and preferences.
2. How we use information
- Provide accounts, dashboards, generators, saved picks and result comparisons.
- Send requested service, security, possible-match and subscription messages.
- Process memberships and enforce plan access when payments are enabled.
- Detect fraud, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and improve reliability.
- Comply with law and protect the rights and safety of users and the service.
We do not use tracked lottery picks to purchase tickets. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.
3. Service providers
We use service providers to host the site, authenticate accounts, store application data and operate security. Current infrastructure includes Supabase for authentication and Cloudflare/OpenAI Sites infrastructure for application hosting and data services. Additional payment, email and SMS providers will be identified here before those services are activated.
Providers may process information only to perform services for us, subject to their agreements and applicable law.
4. When information may be disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers; when required by valid legal process; to investigate fraud, abuse or security threats; to protect legal rights or safety; or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or sale, subject to appropriate protections and notice where required.
5. Retention
Account information is generally retained while your account is active. Saved and tracked picks remain until you delete them or close the account. Security, transaction and consent records may be retained as reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes and legal compliance. Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups before routine removal.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of personal data, and may appeal a denied privacy request. You may change alert preferences in your account, reply STOP to text alerts once active, and use unsubscribe instructions in marketing email.
We will verify requests to protect your account. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including account authentication, access controls and encrypted network connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Children
LottoAce TX is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that an under-18 user provided personal data, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be displayed through the service or sent to the account email when required. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
10. Texas privacy notice
This policy is intended to provide the clear notice described by the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. Signed-in Test users can submit an access, correction or deletion request, appeal a decision, and download a portable account-data copy from the privacy controls.
